With over 30 years in healthcare, Renee specializes in consulting, teaching, and coaching. She lives in San Diego, CA and travels nationwide to design and facilitate clinical, leadership, team building, and equine-assisted coaching workshops designed to increase self-awareness, leadership presence, communication skills, and courageous authenticity in work and in life.  Renee holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and is a Registered Nurse, with advanced certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and HIV/AIDS.  She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and provides clinical education on a variety of topics including Motivational Interviewing, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Co-Occurring Disorders, Crisis Intervention and Ethics.

Sherry is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 33 years in Behavioral Health.  She has been in private practice for 21 years, specializing in couples’ therapy, which she facilitates with her husband. The two of them have also led Terry Real’s Relationship Bootcamp workshops.  She has also created in-patient and outpatient treatment programs for Women’s Issues, Codependency, and Adult Children of Alcoholics.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and completed the facilitator training for The Daring Way™ in 2017.  Living a wholehearted life, and guiding others to be brave, authentic, and live with their whole hearts is her passion.
