Rising Strong™ and Equus Workshop

The Rising Strong™ Weekend is based on the research  of Brené Brown. This experience is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to learn practices of how to rise stronger when we experience setbacks, failures, and challenges in our life.

Our weekend includes a combination of Rising Strong™  practices combined with the real-time application of Equus Coaching® and will allow you to move what you are learning from your head to your heart into your life - through the power of the herd.
No horse experience required, no riding is involved.

Friday Evening is an introduction to the work and will set the foundation for our weekend together.

Saturday we will explore what happens when you bravely put yourself out there - and things don’t go as planned. You will dig into the “messy middle” of getting back up after a face-down moment.

Sunday you will step into an arena to continue the Rising Strong™ work with our four-legged co-facilitators. Horses are keenly present and aware of authenticity.  They bring us back to our own wisdom and let us know when we are being true to ourselves. This day will be truly transformational. You will write a brave new story for yourself.

This work will offer you positive and practical tools to live an empowered, resilient, authentically brave life.
