ABOUT the daring way™
The Daring Way™ curriculum is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the last 16 years studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame.
Brené’s work is helping to transform individuals, marriages, families, workplaces and communities. The Daring Way™ teaches us to choose authenticity and courage, to accept imperfection, and to recognize vulnerability as strength. We learn to live wholeheartedly, with a deep sense of worthiness. Her work is very powerful because it touches into our undeniable need for love and belonging.
